Connected by 25: Improving the Life Chances of the Country's Most Vulnerable 14-24 Year Olds (2003)

This seminal paper by Michael Wald and Tia Martinez, published in 2003, helped launched the Youth Transition Funders Group. In this paper, the authors identify those groups of youth at highest risk of long-term disconnection and present reasonable estimate of the number of high-risk youth, in order to inform future projections of the costs and potential benefits of interventions designed to help these youth connect.
