Daniel Bisuano 

Fighting Chance Foundation / $1,500 

A Fighting Chance aims to empower individuals struggling to overcome life's challenges. The program provides at-risk youth in Los Angeles County with a transformative MMA (mixed martial arts) learning experience. The approach goes beyond physical training and aims to instill confidence, discipline, and resilience in every participant. 

MoFundamentals / $1,500 

MoFundamentals was founded by Gabriel Gutiérrez, an artivist dedicated to highlighting the resiliency of the foster and adoptee community. His work centers around disseminating his knowledge of street dance, as well as the lessons derived from his experiences in homelessness.

New World Academy Foundation / $3,000 

New World Academy Foundation is committed to the advancement of historically under-prioritized youth and young adults. We believe in comprehensive support including advocacy, mental wellness, conflict resolution, and gang prevention, led and created by community leaders with similar lived experience.

OC United / $3,000

OC United connects transition age youth to healing communities where they develop stable and committed relationships with supportive adults, receive tangible resources, and acquire core skills like executive functioning, self-regulation, and advocacy for a healthier, more productive future.

Freedom Community Clinic / $3,000 

Freedom Community Clinic envisions a health revolution that nourishes and uplifts the bodies, minds, and spirits of under-resourced communities and brings care directly to where communities gather and celebrate.

The Mockingbird Society / $3,000 

The Mockingbird Society seeks to provide meaningful opportunities for youth across Washington state to participate in the social justice effort to improve the foster care system.

Bridgemakers / $3,000

Bridgemakers is a movement of young leaders creating more young leaders. They are transforming systems to cultivate purpose, prosperity, and power.

Alumni Alliance is a hub for support and empowerment for foster youth achieving academic excellence.

Dream Makers is on a mission to change the lives of youth who have aged out of foster care by connecting the community to their needs.

Represent Magazine, $3,000 

Represent Magazine is under the umbrella of Youth Communication, providing programming and professional development, based on true stories from teens. They are committed to teens of color and other young adults whose voices need to be heard.
